RETURN POLICIES

We do not offer returns – we may offer a replacement on a case by case basis
Any issues are to be reported within 3 days after receipt of product, we may then offer a replacement
An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

We accept all major credit cards as form of payment
The process of a request is within 48 hours – confirmed by an order acknowledgment
Shipping costs are on the website for all shipping estimates, the estimates are factored from an Erie, PA location

PRIVACY POLICY

All information collected will not be used or sold to any 3rd party for any solicitation. We don’t like spam, so we won’t subject you to it either.
